2. Product Availability and Descriptions We do our best to keep our flower offerings and product descriptions accurate, but growing seasons and nature can be unpredictable. If an item becomes unavailable, we'll notify you promptly and offer an alternative or refund.
3. Orders and Payment All prices are listed in USD. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout system. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, especially if something seems fraudulent or suspicious.
4. Shipping, Pickups and Delivery We'll provide estimated delivery or pickup dates for your order. While we'll do our best to honor them, we're not responsible for delays beyond our control like weather or shipping carrier issues. Please make sure your contact and delivery information is correct. We can't be responsible for mis-deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds Because our flowers are perishable, all sales are final. However, if something isn't right, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@epiphanyeightfarms.com. We want you to be happy and we will do our best to make it right.
6. Intellectual Property All content on our site including images, text, and branding belongs to Epiphany Eight Farms and may not be used without written permission. Please don't copy or use our content without asking first.
