We do our best to keep our flower offerings and product descriptions accurate, but growing seasons and nature can be unpredictable. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you promptly and offer an alternative or refund.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout system. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion (especially if something seems fishy or fraudulent).

4. Shipping, Pickups & Delivery

We’ll provide estimated delivery or pickup dates for your order. While we’ll do our best to honor them, we’re not responsible for delays beyond our control (like weather or shipping carriers). Please ensure your contact and delivery info is correct — we can’t be responsible for mis-deliveries due to typos.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our flowers are perishable, all sales are final. However, if something isn’t right, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@epiphanyeightfarms.com — we want you to be happy and will do our best to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site — including images, text, and branding — belongs to Epiphany Eight Farms and may not be used without written permission. Please don’t copy or use our content without asking.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re a small, heart-led farm doing our best to provide you with quality blooms and a great experience. That said, we’re not liable for any damages (direct or indirect) that may result from using our site or services. Use at your own risk.
